Terms of use
Updated October 28, 2026
Using Ayah
Ayah provides Quran reading, listening, reflection and progress tools. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its services or attempt unauthorized access. Ayah is operated by Mutahr Enterprises. Contact info@ayahscroll.app.
Accounts and your content
You are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in provider. Your reflections remain your content. Optional backup processes that content to provide the backup and restore functions you request.
Subscriptions
Available plans, prices, billing periods and trial eligibility are displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is processed through the App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings. Any eligible trial converts to the disclosed paid subscription unless canceled. Removing the app or an Ayah account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Use Restore purchases to restore eligible access. Refund requests are handled through Apple's purchase support process and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content and attribution
Translations, recitations and commentary may be provided by third parties and remain subject to their respective rights. Availability in Ayah does not grant a right to redistribute them. Reading and progress tools are aids for personal use; report suspected text or audio errors with the relevant surah and ayah reference.
Availability
Features may change and some require an internet connection. During testing, interruptions or resets may occur. Keep copies of important personal reflections. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple's license terms
Where applicable, the app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. For questions about these terms, contact Mutahr Enterprises at info@ayahscroll.app.
