How do Explore and Reading Plan differ?
Explore lets you browse freely. Reading Plan resumes your intentional Quran journey. Explore activity does not advance your plan or khatam.
How is progress counted?
Your reading preference determines whether an ayah is credited after recitation finishes or when you scroll away. Jumping ahead does not mark skipped ayahs as read. Replays count once per ayah each day toward daily activity.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore purchases on the membership screen while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. TestFlight transactions use Apple's testing environment.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Ayah and choose the cancellation option. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I move to a new phone?
Sign in and choose Back up now on your old device. On your new device, sign in to the same account and choose Restore & merge cloud progress. Backup is manual.
How do I report a text or audio issue?
Keep the surah name, ayah number, selected translation and a description of what you heard or saw. Avoid including private reflections or sign-in details.
